Regular Registration for the much-anticipated UNA Family Weekend has been EXTENDED through Sept. 10! Get your tickets now for an experience packed with fun, excitement, and that beloved Lion pride. The third annual event is set to take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025, and you won't want to miss it!

Below you’ll find details for a day of fun with your student and other UNA families on our beautiful campus. Each registration includes entry to all the following activities, a T-shirt, a gameday bag, and other swag items from various departments.

The planning committee has been working hard behind the scenes to create a Family Weekend that you’ll love!  It's the perfect opportunity to see firsthand what makes the University of North Alabama such a wonderful place to learn and grow for your student.

Check-in will be from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in Flowers Hall with a welcome from UNA officials at 9:30.

This year we are hosting brunch from 10-11 a.m. in the Guillot University Center on UNA’s main campus. Activities with faculty and staff across campus will go from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the football game will kick off at 3 p.m. 

Choose your own adventures from the following concurrent activities from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.:

• Build-a-Lion with Student Engagement
• Photo Scavenger Hunt (prizes at the end) with Health & Well-Being
• Friendship Bracelets crafts & yard games at Honors College
• Family Bingo in the Banquet Hall with University Program Council
• Newspaper Scavenger Hunt with The FlorAla newspaper

• Housing & Residence Life in GUC

Tiered pricing
This year we moved to tiered pricing and so far more than 850 of you have taken advantage of it. Regular Registration at $55 lasts until 10 p.m. on Sept. 10; after that we have to increase the price a bit to $60, so get in on Regular Registration now.
